LaBella Enterprises, LLC consists of both
cottage rentals and custom homes built for
sale.
David J. LaBella (Dave)
is both a professional large format
photographer, freelance writer, and a
general contractor who has an eye for color,
design, and layout both as a photographer
and in the homes he helps to design and
landscape. David specializes in designing
beautiful landscapes for gardens including
patios, retaining walls, and light
construction. David’s formal education
includes a Bachelors of Art degree.
Kathleen S. LaBella, RD,
CD-N, ASP, IAHSP (Kathy) is an Accredited
Staging Professional™ as well as a
Registered Dietitian and an Advanced Health
and Fitness Specialist who has formal
education and experience in both interior
design and garden design. Her own favorite
specialty is kitchen design, and carefree
landscaping for outdoor living. As a
registered dietitian, she understands the
dynamics of kitchen design. Kathleen’s
formal education includes Bachelors of
Science, graduate studies, and is
credentialed with the Commission on Dietetic
Registration as a Registered Dietitian,
certified with American Council on Exercise,
and a member of International Association of
Home Staging Professionals. Kathy believes
living well is all about a healthy lifestyle
beyond diet and exercise, a healthy
lifestyle begins in a clean, clutter free
and organized home.
Together Dave and Kathy
have many years of experience in home
construction and begin designing and
reconstructing their own homes with an
emphasis on open space for family
gatherings, kitchens with custom cabinetry
and affordable high-end appliances, open
views using large French glass doors that
open onto carefree decks and patios,
spectacular gas fireplaces. Their homes
include laundry rooms near the bedrooms and
bathrooms where they belong, and plenty of
closet space and storage space. Throughout
the homes you will find tastefully
decorative yet functional lighting and
plumbing fixtures not usually seen in basic
spec houses.
